Front Range Roll-Off Dumpster Rental

We offer two dumpster sizes to meet different project needs. Our 20-yard dumpster (23' x 8' x 4.5') is ideal for medium-sized home cleanouts, garage decluttering, small bathroom or kitchen remodels, and moderate landscaping projects—it holds approximately 6 pickup truck loads of debris. Our 30-yard dumpster (23' x 8' x 6') works best for large home renovations, roof replacements, estate cleanouts, construction projects, and major landscaping work, holding approximately 9 pickup truck loads.

If you're between sizes, we recommend going with the larger option since you only pay for what you dispose of, not how full the dumpster is. Both sizes include the same 14-day rental period and 3-ton weight limit.

We typically deliver dumpsters the next business day after you place your order. In rare cases, depending on availability and your location, delivery could take 2-3 days. For urgent projects, we occasionally have same-day availability—call our dispatch team at (303) 651-5715 or email hbsdispatch@hbstrash.com as early in the day as possible. We don't operate on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed late Friday will be delivered on Monday. Having strategically located field offices in Brighton, Colorado Springs, and Kiowa allows us to serve the entire Denver metro region efficiently.

You can dispose of most common household junk, construction debris, furniture, appliances (excluding refrigerators and air conditioners), yard waste, wood, drywall, roofing materials, flooring, and general renovation waste. We cannot accept hazardous materials, electronics (TVs, computers, monitors), tires, batteries, paint (except completely dried latex paint), motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, dirt, railroad ties, or any liquids. When in doubt, call us at (303) 651-5715 and we'll confirm whether your material is acceptable. All waste is transported to approved disposal facilities in compliance with local regulations.

Permit requirements depend on where you're placing the dumpster. If you're placing it on your private property (driveway, yard, construction site, etc.), you typically don't need a permit. However, if you need to place the dumpster on a public street, a permit may be required, like in the City of Denver, where you'll need a permit that costs $100. HBS Trash will handle the permit process for you and add the permit fee to your invoice. Denver is the only city in our service area that requires permits for street-placed dumpsters. Other municipalities generally don't require permits, but you can always check with us and your local city if you have concerns. We will never leave you hanging, permit-less!

Every dumpster rental includes a 14-day rental period—that's twice as long as most competitors who only offer 7 days. This gives you plenty of time for most residential and construction projects without feeling rushed. If you need the dumpster longer, it's only $5 per additional day.

No. As long as we have clear placement instructions and payment is processed, you don't need to be home. We'll place the dumpster exactly where you specify and pick it up when you're ready. Many customers have us deliver while they're at work. Just make sure the delivery area is accessible and clear of vehicles or obstacles.
