How to Register for Online Bill Pay

Make sure to register for an account

You will need some of the information found on your bill.

During registration, please make sure to provide the full invoice number, including the 2-letter identifier that precedes the numbers!

Enter your email address and create a password

Please fill in the Validation Information to register your account.

Please make sure to use the INVOICE NUMBER and INVOICE TOTAL, not the account balance.

The system uses these numbers as unique identifiers to simply validate and register the account.

Customer warning about DOXO - Third Party Bill Pay Service

There exists an online bill pay service called Doxo. It is a third-party service that allows people to pay their bills online.

It may appear that Doxo.com is affiliated with HBS.

IT IS NOT.

Doxo.com charges customers extra fees to use their service. HBS has no control over when we receive payments made through Doxo.com which could result in a late payment fee being applied to your account or possibly even suspension due to non-payment.
