Greetings HBS customers,

 Due to the inclement weather today Friday, February 21st 2025, you may experience a delay in your trash service.

We are working to get your stop picked up ASAP and are asking everyone to put their trash out on the normal day today as we will be assessing the road conditions throughout the day. We are working to get everyone picked up by this Saturday 2/22/25. Please have your trash totes out by 7 am and dumpsters free and clear of snow and ice.

Our drivers will be navigating your communities with extra caution, as safety is our top priority. Please note that some stops may be inaccessible due to road conditions. If your stop cannot be serviced, we regret that we will not be able to return until your next scheduled pickup day. Any additional trash accumulated during this time will be removed at no extra charge.
